We are a women-owned, construction consultancy service provider. Our foundation is our past successes in the commercial and residential construction industry; paving the way to proven, complete project delivery with our Construction Management Services. We provide functions at project inception from site-use feasibility, conceptual or detailed estimating/budgeting, complete project scheduling including design & permitting sequences, and risk identification/mitigation strategies. Once the decision is made to proceed, we will conduct project execution services including infrastructure analysis, permitting strategy, full design coordination including design/build possibilities, contract language negotiations and best project procurement methods. Upon project release, we evaluate construction delivery with a focus on correctly detailed coordination, successful & complete material procurement tracking, project schedule analysis/tracking, risk mitigation and final delivery/start-up/operations. Our expertise continues into ongoing building operations including service contracts, operations training, building investigation services and successful daily operation procedures. Our background includes OSHA 30 certification and LEED accredited professionals and many award-winning projects.
